Obtaining Unmarried certificate while living abroad. Some of the Overseas Pakistanis contact Embassies of Pakistan / Consulate General of Pakistan for obtaining unmarried certificate. How to apply for Pakistani passport for new born baby? 1. First of all you need to register the new born baby in the nearest Embassy/High Commission/Consulate General of Pakistan where the child has born; and to apply for Form S-1 within one year from the date of birth of the child. Click here for detail of S-1 Form. 2. After obtaining the S-1 Form, then you need to apply for the child NICOP online on the NADRA website. Click here for NADRA website. 3. After having the NICOP then you need to apply for the child Machine Readable Passport(MRP). Keep in mind that first passport of the child has to be applied by visiting in person along with child to the nearest Embassy/High Commission/Consulate General of Pakistan. Pakistan announced Amnesty Scheme for Overstaying Foreigners to Exit Pakistan by 31-12-2022 without paying overstaying charges.

  1   Ministry of Interior of Pakistan issues exit permits to foreigners who have overstayed in Pakistan after expiry of their visas. Exit permits through Pakistan Online Visa System (POVS) are issued to the foreigners who have overstayed up to one year and manual exit permits are issued to the foreigners who have overstayed beyond one year, on payment of penalty. 2   Recently, Pakistan has announced general amnesty for overstaying foreigners to exit Pakistan without paying overstays charges with a cut-off date of 31st December 2022. 3   Overstaying Foreigners shall apply for exit permit on POVS and can leave Pakistan after obtaining the exit permit. 4   However, Indian and Somalia nationals, who overstayed, shall apply for exit permit manually in concerned Section of Ministry of Interior, Islamabad, Pakistan . 5   No legal action will be taken against the foreigners who will avail this amnesty scheme . 6   As per foreigners Act 1946, th...
