How to apply for Pakistani passport for new born baby? 1. First of all you need to register the new born baby in the nearest Embassy/High Commission/Consulate General of Pakistan where the child has born; and to apply for Form S-1 within one year from the date of birth of the child. Click here for detail of S-1 Form. 2. After obtaining the S-1 Form, then you need to apply for the child NICOP online on the NADRA website. Click here for NADRA website. 3. After having the NICOP then you need to apply for the child Machine Readable Passport(MRP).
